1. Who we are
Farm Pro is operated by Don Martin & sons Inc., trading as Farm Pro. We are the data controller for personal data processed through the Service. Contact: support@fieldsketchpro.app.
2. What we collect
- Account data — email address, display name, and password hash.
- Content — fields, jobs, customers, farms, and product records you create. Field boundaries are drawn on satellite maps and stored with GPS coordinates.
- Uploaded files — product labels, SDS documents, and photos you upload.
- Usage and device data — IP address, device type, browser, language, and product interaction telemetry for debugging and improvement.
- Support messages — content of any messages you send us.
3. Why we use it
- To provide the Service (contract performance).
- To create and maintain your account and process your subscription.
- To keep the Service secure and prevent fraud (legitimate interests).
- To improve product quality and diagnose problems (legitimate interests).
- To provide customer support (contract performance).
- Where required, to comply with legal obligations.
4. Who we share it with
- Paddle — Merchant of Record for all purchases; handles payment processing, tax, invoicing, and subscription management.
- Hosting and infrastructure providers — Lovable Cloud (built on Supabase), map tile providers (Mapbox, Esri), and AI providers used for optional field boundary detection.
- Professional advisers such as accountants and legal counsel.
- Authorities where required by law.
5. Data retention
We keep account and content data while your account is active. If you close your account we delete or anonymize personal data within a reasonable period, except where longer retention is required by law (for example tax records).
6. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact support@fieldsketchpro.app. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority in your country.
7. International transfers
Personal data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your country of residence. Where we transfer data outside the UK or EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
8. Security
We use appropriate technical and organizational measures including encryption in transit, encryption at rest for stored files, access controls, and row-level security on user data.

We use only essential cookies and local storage required to keep you signed in and remember your preferences.
